What is the P.T.C.
Parenting Time Center is a safe & neutral location. The location is used for exchanges & supervised parenting time.
What are Safe Exchanges:
Exchanges are for families where children need to go between parents, usually for weekends.
We do the physical exchange of children between parents. While at PTC, parents are in separate areas.
Staff walks children from one parent to the other. That way, parents will not see or talk to each other.
What is Supervised Parenting Time:
Supervised parenting time (visits) is for families where a parent cannot be with the children without staff to observe.
We have toys, games and lots of other things to make the visits fun and interesting.
Staff watches over the visits and takes notes about the visit.
Children are guided from parent to parent by staff so parents will not see or talk to each other.
