Volunteer Program

Someplace Safe offers wonderful volunteer opportunities. Use your skills or learn new ones to help make your community a safer place to live.

Someplace Safe depends on volunteers to contribute their time and talents to assist in helping us provide services to victims. If you have a unique talent or interest, talk with us about designing a one-of-a-kind volunteer experience.

Volunteer Opportunities

There are currently “Friends” organized in Big Stone, Pope, Wilkin, Grant and Otter Tail Counties. The “Friends” volunteers actively work on fundraising activities for our programs. If you are interested in joining a “Friends” group, please contact your local Someplace Safe Outreach Office.
